Banco Popular DOES use Chexsystems. It denied me an account right away-they said my debt to Bank of America had to be paid in full before opening an account for me. Don't forget many banks use EWS also (Early Warning System which is as big a nightmare as Chexsystems). :(
regions bank do not use checksystem and they have branches all over the state f florida, the best customer service.
